WRA is inviting U12, U14 and U16 players to the 3rd Annual Shake of the Dust Camp!!
These dryland and on ice prep sessions are open to 24 players at the U12, U14, and U16 age level
on a first come, first serve basis
by signing up at firstname.lastname@example.org (please indicate the sessions you will attend and for how many players). If players from WRA are away on holiday or unable to attend the first weekend of prep sessions they will be given first right to sign up to the second weekend of sessions. Cost of ice is being covered by WRA.
Cost for player attendance is $50 per player only if attending all 4 sessions, $20 per player per session otherwise.These fees are to cover cost of the personal trainer for Fitness circuit training block.

These dates will include warm-up and stretch, ringette specific training blocks focused on speed and agility and hand eye coordination. The dryland sessions will be led by professional personal trainers. The on ice sessions will be run Coach Wayne Wong.
Food and health breaks will be scheduled throughout the day. Your athlete will need healthy snacks, a water bottle, dryland training clothing including shoes and shorts and all of their ringette gear.
Each day will include a dryland session, then on ice instruction focused on skills the players will be evaluated on at the beginning of the season. Each day will end with a fun scrimmage.
Each session will be payable prior to coming on ice. Once we have all the numbers confirmed an email will be sent out with payment totals and payment instructions (etransfer will be the preferred method of payment)
